Graduation

A commencement ceremony is held in December for those students completing degree requirements during the summer sessions or in the fall semester. Students completing degree requirements in the spring semester, or who are within 9 credit hours of completion, are invited to participate in the May ceremony. Students who are on track to complete graduation requirements should see their advisor to complete a Graduation Application Form and degree check sheet, which is turned into the Registrar’s office for review at the beginning of the term that graduation requirements will be completed. A graduation fee of $30 will be applied to all graduate's accounts.

The graduation request form should be turned into the Registrar’s office by October 15th for fall graduates and March 1st for spring graduates.
