Employee Handbook

This Employee Handbook has been prepared to provide a clear understanding of personnel processes, procedures and guidelines to the college community.  This Employee Handbook supersedes any and all prior HR processes, procedures and guidelines as well as past practices, oral or written representations, or statements regarding the terms and conditions of employment with The College.  The Employee Handbook is not meant to substitute official Board Policy and Board of Trustees Policies supersede anything contained in the Employee Handbook.  Because policies, processes and procedures are subject to change, with or without prior notice, at the discretion of the Board of Trustees and/or its designee(s), information provided in this Employee Handbook is not intended to create a contract of employment nor should it be construed as terms and conditions of a contract of employment with The College. Violation of any process, procedure or guideline in this Employee Handbook may lead to corrective action, up to and including, termination of employment.The College, at all times, reserves the right to change, delete from, alter, amend or waive the provisions contained in the Employee Handbook.  Suggestions for changes, additions, and deletions should be made in writing to the Vice President for Human Resources.
