- Transfer Fair: Every semester, the college offers a Transfer Fair where students can explore Transfer institutions.
- KansasWorks: ICC partners with KansasWorks to support the mission of delivering a qualified workforce through training and matching services available to Kansans.
- Career Assessment (available only to students who are registered with Student Support Services): Students can engage in a career assessment to help them navigate career options and opportunities.
