Madison Ashenfelter, ICC website development and design major at ICC
We talked with one of our students, Madison Ashenfelter, about some of her favorite things about being a Website Development and Design major at ICC.
Here's her 6 reasons to major in Website Development and Design:
1. Being able to work with people that are like you. "Everyone has the same mindset and are alike in the creative aspect of things."
2. It's flexible. "You can work from all over-- from home, the office, wherever."
3. There is a rising demand for Website Development and Design Majors. "It's reassuring that there is a continuous demand for jobs in this industry."
4. The degree is short. "You can get the degree in two years and that's all you really need to be successful."
5. There's a variety of things you can do. "There's not just one thing you have to stick with having this degree, there are so many things you can do and so many options for work."
6. You get to be innovative. "You can change things for people, you can make a difference. There's a lot of diversity."
