Welcome to the Independence Community College Vendor Registration System. All vendors interested in doing business with ICC need to complete the Vendor Registration Form.
1. Complete and submit the on-line Vendor Registration Form.
- e-mail address required for ordering and receiving applicable Public Bid solicitations
2. Submit ICC IRS W-9, with signature and current date.

3. Submit a Certificate of Insurance.
-All vendors who complete work or provide services on campus, must provide a current Certificate of Insurance prior to the beginning of work.
As a registered vendor you will be placed on ICC's bid list to receive Public Bid solicitations and RFP's via email for the commodities and/or services you specify on your registration. Completion of the application does not constitute a guarantee on the part of ICC to solicit bids for selected commodities or services. Vendors are highly encouraged to visit the ICC Vendor webpage at www.indycc.edu/vendors for updates and new information.
Once your registration has been submitted it is your responsibility to notify us of any changes. For address and/or email address changes please complete and submit a new Vendor Registration Form.
