Financial Aid Appeal Deadline for Summer 2023 June & full-Summer courses. Appeal and official college transcripts must be received by this date. **dates for midsession courses may vary; all appeals are due by the third date of courses for any session**
Students who are eligible for a financial aid refund will receive their refund on this date. Students should sign up for direct deposit through the Business Office to conveniently receive their refund to their checking/savings account. Complete the form and return to the Business Office. Download the form at www.indycc.edu/financial-aid/forms. Students not signed up for Direct Deposit will receive refunds by check.
Students are eligible for a refund if their financial aid package pays their student bill(s) in full and there is aid left over. This left over "credit" balance is refunded to the student. All aid -- scholarships, grants, loans -- are applied to all student accounts (Business Office and Housing). Only if all expenses are paid will a student receive a refund of left over funds. It is the student's responsibility to check their account statuses to verify cost and aid disbursed to the student's bill(s).
