The Pirates Esports program is proud to announce recent successes and updates from its Call of Duty, Overwatch, and Super Smash Bros. Ultimate teams.

Call of Duty

The ICC Call of Duty team recently competed in the Collegiate Call of Duty League (CCL) playoffs, showcasing their talent and determination. The team started strong with a victory over San Diego State, advancing to the upper bracket. A hard-fought loss against Oklahoma Christian, the No. 3 team nationally, moved them to the lower bracket. The team then demonstrated resilience with dominant 3-0 wins against California State San Bernardino and Arizona State. Their playoff run concluded with a narrow defeat against Northwestern Oklahoma State, ranked 12th nationally.

This performance places ICC just outside the top 10 Call of Duty teams in the Midwest.
