The Pirates are celebrating the success of their esports teams, with strong performances in the Playfly Fortnite National Championship, the Playfly Premier League for Call of Duty, and the NJCAA Esports League for Smash Ultimate.
Last Saturday, three ICC Fortnite teams competed in the Playfly Fortnite National Championship against top colleges and universities from across the nation, including the University of Akron, Winthrop University, Villanova University, University of Houston, and Iona University. Tucker Gregory and Isaiah Pollard led the way for ICC, securing an impressive 19th place finish.

Meanwhile, the ICC Call of Duty team continues to dominate the Playfly Premier League. On Thursday, March 6th, they secured a decisive 3-0 victory over Sacramento State. The team is currently seeded 1st in the Playfly Hybrid division, which includes top Midwest and West Coast schools.

In other news, ICC's Smash Ultimate player, Nicholas Toubeaux, is off to a solid start in the NJCAA Esports League. He secured his first victory of the season on Tuesday, March 4th, with a dominant 3-0 performance against Northern Arkansas College.
