ICC invites the community to the FirstOak Bank and Oakes Family Field House on Monday, January 29th, for a special PTK Fundraiser Night during the ICC Pirates vs. Coffeyville Community College (CCC) basketball games. This event, sponsored by Indy Athletics, will benefit AWOL (Animals With Our Love) and other local animal shelters.

Men’s Game: 7:30 PM
Admission to the games will be granted through donations of dog/cat food, blankets, or cleaning supplies, all of which will directly benefit animals in need.
Sara Owens, ICC PTK Advisor, shared the inspiration behind this event:
"We started this sister chapter challenge (with CCC) in the fall with a food drive during the ICC/CCC football game, collecting food for local food pantries. Our students decided to follow up with a challenge to support local animal shelters for the ICC/CCC basketball game. PTK encourages sister chapter projects for community service, and this is a way for both PTK chapters to give back to their respective communities."
This initiative builds on the longstanding spirit of collaboration and service that PTK chapters at ICC and CCC share. By partnering to address community needs, the sister chapters are setting a powerful example of how teamwork and leadership can make a difference.
Community members are encouraged to come out, cheer on the Pirates, and support this worthy cause. Together, we can show our Pirate pride and make a positive impact on the lives of animals in need.
