The ICC Foundation’s Pirate Tailgate event with Quality Toyota, along with ICC’s Pirate Preview recruiting event, have both been rescheduled due to forecasted storms and potential severe weather. Originally planned to take place ahead of the ICC Pirates' game against Iowa Central, the events are postponed to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all attendees.
“We’re committed to providing a fun and safe environment for our current and prospective students students, alumni, and supporters,” said Cody Oates, Executive Director of the ICC Foundation. “While we’re disappointed to postpone, we’re working on plans for a new date that will allow everyone to enjoy the full experience we had intended.”
The Pirate Preview Day, which was set to welcome prospective students will now be held in early 2025 to coincide with a basketball game. The updated event will still offer the chance to explore ICC, meet current students, and experience Pirate athletics in a vibrant setting. Updated details will be shared with registered attendees soon.
