Independence Community College (ICC) and Fredonia High School proudly announce a collaborative chorale concert scheduled for October 15th at 3:00 PM. This exceptional musical event will take place at Fredonia High School; admission is free.

Under the guidance of ICC's Director of Vocal Music, Zachary Cooke, and Fredonia High School's Director of Choirs, Theresa Fischer, this joint concert will showcase the incredible vocal talents of students from both institutions.

"We are very excited to be collaborating with Zachary Cooke and his ICC choir," explains Fischer. “Any time I am able to expose students to different musical experiences as well as post-secondary opportunities, I think it is beneficial. In this case, there are a couple of choir alumni from Fredonia singing at ICC which makes this extra special."

This concert is a wonderful opportunity for the community to come together and enjoy the talents of these young singers. The program will encompass a diverse range of musical genres and styles that will resonate with audiences of all ages.

"It has been a pleasure collaborating with Mrs. Fischer to make this joint concert a reality," concluded Cooke. “Not only is she an exceptional music educator, but she teaches with compassion towards promoting inspirational musicianship and culture. I am overjoyed to be able to present this fabulous afternoon of musicality to the Fredonia community!"
