The ICC Cosmetology Department would like to give back to the community by offering free haircut services on Thursday, March 23, 2023. Services will only take place from 9 am to 12 pm and 1 pm to 3 pm by appointment.
“The Cosmetology Department enjoys the opportunity to give back to the community that supports our program throughout the year,” explains Chelsey Bailey, Director of Cosmetology at ICC. “At the same time, it allows our students to gain more hands-on experience with haircutting.”
