All ICC faculty, staff, students must reset password

Campus Community:


Due to the issue today we will be issuing a Mandatory password reset for all users.  I apologize for any inconvenience this may cause but this will safeguard everyone from possible future issues. If you are on campus you can hit the CTRL+ALT+DEL buttons and click on change password, if you are off campus you can logon with your current username and password to either Canvas or our Email and it will prompt you to change your password. If you are using your mobile device please do not forget to update your mobile device with your new password. I have enclosed the guidelines for the password rules in case you need them. Please help our students during this time as I know all of them are anxious to find out their final grades.


Please start the password reset as soon as possible and it should prompt you to change your password the next time you logon (mobile devices do not count) to an ICC computer, Canvas, Portal, email or the link below.

Your password you will need to meet the following criteria. 
• Not contain the user's account name or parts of the user's full name that exceed two consecutive characters 
• Be at least eight characters in length 
• Contain characters from three of the following four categories: 
o English uppercase characters (A through Z) 
o English lowercase characters (a through z) 
o Base 10 digits (0 through 9) 
o Non-alphabetic characters (for example, !, $, #, %) 

All passwords will expire in 180 days and users may not repeat previously used passwords. When your password expires, you will receive a prompt to change your existing password when you log in. If at any time you need to change your password, please visit the link above.
