Green Zone Advocacy Training

Independence Community College, a nationally recognized Military Friendly School, acknowledges and appreciates military-affiliated students not only for their unique experiences and service to our nation, but also for their contributions to classroom diversity. Everyone at ICC; faculty, staff, and students, all play an essential role in helping military-affiliated students succeed at ICC and beyond. 

The Veteran Student Success Center invites you to attend the next Green Zone Advocacy Training (GZAT)to learn more about the military-affiliated student experience and how you can best support this special population here at ICC. 

All faculty, students, and staff are encouraged to attend - even those who have attended previous trainings would benefit from a refresher course. We will have a special segment during this training that has not been presented before.
