About Business Administration, Management, and Operations
The Associate of Science Degree in business administration is a system wide transfer degree that will transfer seamlessly to other state schools in Kansas. It is the first two years of the degree that prepares students for positions in intermediate or top-level management. It is a desirable program for pre-law students interested in finance, banking, marketing, or any other major phase of business.
Why ICC?
The Business Administration program at ICC prepares students to transfer to a 4-year university Business program. Business courses are offered face to face and online to meet the needs of today's busy student. Core classes have a faculty to student ratio of 1:20 on average. Course work completed in the core and elective courses are very hands on and project based.
- Students will demonstrate the ability to apply theories and methods to the solution of common types of problems related to business.

- Students will demonstrate written communication skills appropriate for business situations.
- Students will demonstrate an understanding of global perspectives of business.
