Graduation at ICC

ICC holds two commencement ceremonies each year. Students graduating in the summer or fall are invited to the December ceremony, while those graduating in the spring or within 9 credit hours of finishing are welcome to walk in the May ceremony.

To begin the graduation process, meet with your advisor to complete a Graduation Application Form and degree check sheet. These must be submitted to the Registrar’s Office at the start of the term you plan to graduate. 

A $45 graduation fee will be applied to your account.

Deadlines to submit graduation paperwork:
October 15 for fall graduation
March 1 for spring graduation

Be sure to plan ahead so you can celebrate your achievements on time.

Graduates will be notified by email when regalia is available for pick up in the Registrar’s office.

Diplomas

Graduates who have submitted a Graduation Request form, met all degree requirements, and met all financial obligations are mailed diplomas approximately one month after the final semester.
