Notification
Requests for public meeting notification is handled in accordance with the Kansas Open Meetings Act (KOMA) K.S.A. 75-4317 et seq. and K.S.A. 2016 Supp. 75-4318(b)(3). Notices include the time, date, and place of each public meeting.
Meeting Agendas
In accordance with the Kansas Attorney General’s Guide to Open Meetings and Open Records, the section under meeting conduct states that agendas do not have to be mailed in advance of the meeting. Agendas may be placed in a public place. ICC Board of Trustees agendas and packets are posted on the Board of Trustees webpage.
Notice Expiration
Please be advised that state statue allows notice requests to expire at the end of each calendar year (https://www.ag.ks.gov/divisions/administration/open-government/koma-faq). If you do not make a formal request each year, ICC will no longer provide notices of public meetings.
