Subplasmalemmal hydrogen peroxide triggers calcium influx in gonadotropes. Arterial smooth muscle mitochondria amplify hydrogen peroxide microdomains functionally
coupled to l-type calcium channels. Hydrogen peroxide mediates oxidant-dependent stimulation of arterial smooth muscle
l-type calcium channels. Stimulation of arterial smooth muscle l-type calcium channls requires protein kinase
C.
