to be considered for membership.

counselor or contact the Upward Bound office
or fill in the information below and we'll
send out an application packet!
2. Complete
and return the application
3. Have a
recommendation from your high school counselor and a teacher
4. Have a
minimum GPA of 2.0
5. Sign a
contract, together with a parent or guardian, agreeing to
the terms of participation
6. Interview
with Upward Bound personnel
