Upward Bound is College Bound

The Upward Bound program prepares high school students for success in high school and enrollment in college. Upward Bound provides academic, social, and recreational activities designed to build academic skills, motivation, and self-confidence necessary for success in college.  Upward Bound is part of TRIO, a department of Education grant funded program. We are based on the campus of Independence Community College in Independence, Kansas and have been in operation since 1995.
