What do I need to be able to move in?
$150 deposit if starting classes with the fall semester
$350 advance payment if enrolling in summer sessions: $150 deposit and a $200 initial payment

What is the deposit used for?
$50 of the deposit is a non-refundable activity fee, which is used to help pay for activities and new equipment for the hall. $100 is the damage deposit. The damage deposit is returned at the end of the year provided there are no damages, check-out was done properly, and there is no outstanding balance.
What are the living options?
New Residence Hall - Suite Style: Each suite consists of two double occupancy rooms which share a bathroom.
Honors Housing - Each unit has three double occupancy rooms, a study room, a bathroom, and a small living room.
What size are the beds?
The beds are Extra Long Twins.
Do I have to pay for cable, internet or phone?
Every room has basic cable (61channels) provided. There are no options for pay channels.
Each of the rooms is wired with two Ethernet connections. There are no additional fees for Internet access.
Phone jacks are in each room. However, you are responsible for phone activation fees and monthly charges through Southwestern Bell. (the brick units do not have phone jacks.) Most students prefer to arrange for a cell phone through a local provider
Can I choose my own roommate?
Yes, but you will both need to indicate on the Room Reservation Form who you want as your roommate. Choice of roommate is not guaranteed, but those who turn in their paperwork early should get their roommate of choice.
