Administrative Office Management Specialist

ICC offers people seeking office management the training needed to meet the demands of the workplace.  The Administrative Office Management Specialist is a program that prepares students to face the challenges and the functions in the office environment.  This program is recommended for experienced office staff, as well as entry-level office workers who are looking to increase their potential for promotion, and people wanting to enter the field. 

Graduates will have expert office skills and in-depth software knowledge. The program provides training in office information systems, work process, organizational performance improvement, business communications, business decision making, and project management.

ICC classes offer students a great environment in which to learn with helpful and informed faculty members that care about your education. The programs are designed and offer flexible scheduling to students. Courses are offered in the traditional classroom format, on-line, and a hybrid combination of the two.  The certificate program is designed for completion in just one year.
