Copithke Scheduled to
Teach One-Day CPR
Keith Copithke will
instruct training in
Cardiopulmonary
Resuscitation (CPR) as
part of Independence
Community College’s
Allied Health
programming this month.
The one-day class
session will be held on
Saturday, March 29th.
Copithke will instruct
the half-credit hour
course from 8:00 a.m. to
5:00 p.m. at the
Independence Corporate
Office Building, in Room
323.
This course is open to
everyone interested in
training for
professional growth or
personal knowledge.
Study will include
infant, child and adult
foreign body airway
obstruction and CPR as
well as pocket mask use,
universal precautions,
skills performance and
didactic learning.
Completion of this
course will result in
certification of the
student by the American
Heart Association.
