Allied Health Enrollment Procedures

ENROLLMENT PROCEDURE

 

Class size is limited. It is necessary to enroll in person for your classes. Please

exercise patience during heavy enrollment periods. Textbooks can  be paid for and picked up at the Enrollment site.

 

Please visit the following site to test and enroll for any of these classes.

 

ENROLLMENT SITE

 

1057 W. College Avenue

Student Union, Lower Level

 

Independence Enrollment Site will be available for enrollment as follows:

Monday - Friday: 8:00am until 4:00pm

 

PLEASE ALLOW AT LEAST ONE HOUR TO COMPLETE

THE ENROLLMENT PROCESS AT ENROLLMENT SITE.

 

COURSE PAYMENT

Any student who has enrolled must pay all tuition and fees by the 15th day of the semester, provide proof of receiving federal financial aid or make arrangements

for payment with the ICC Business Office. If this is not done, the student will be subject to dismissal from any or all classes. Payment arrangements may be made in the Business Office. (For additional fees related to courses see the Academic and Student Policy Procedure Section.)

 

GENERAL INFORMATION

PLEASE ARRIVE 15 MINUTES EARLY ON THE FIRST DAY OF YOUR CLASS.

Students will not be allowed to attend the first day of class without a textbook!

Additional costs for out of state residents and international students, and online classes

bullet

HS Permission form needed for high school students who are juniors and seniors.

bullet

ICC reserves the right to cancel classes due to insufficient enrollment.

ICC Instructors reserve the right to alter schedules as necessary to allow for unexpected circumstances and/or to meet the needs of the students.

 

ELIGIBILITY FOR COURSES:

 

Certified Nurse Aide

REQUIRED the 1st day of class

Proof of Neg. TB skin test and copy of SS Card/$20 Money Order payable to KDHE

Reading Test

 

Certified Medication Aide

REQUIRED the 1st day of class

Proof of Neg. TB skin test and copy of SS Card/$20 Money Order payable to KDHE

Reading Test (if not taken with CNA or HHA)

 

Home Health Aide

REQUIRED the 1st day of class

Copy of CNA Card

Reading Test (if not taken with CNA or CMA)

 

Activity Director/Social Service Designee

Copy of CNA Card

$20 Money Order payable to KDHE

Reading Test (if not taken with CNA or CMA)
